Pattaya is located in a bay on the eastern shore of the Gulf of Thailand. Directly to the south of central Pattaya is Pattaya hill. On this hill there is a radio station transmitter, a navy monument and a small temple. The photograph below shows the view of Pattaya Bay from this hill.
Pattaya Hill is a popular place to get a good view of Pattaya. If you have the energy it is a fairly short walk from Walking Street. The hill is not very high so the walk is not strenuous and may do you some good.
