The Party Bar is located in Soi 8 in central Pattaya. It is a small air-conditioned bar with a modern feel. They play house music and it is a great place to stop and cool down a bit if you are in the area. The photo was taken fairly early in the evening so the bar appears quiet. It can get quite full later.
